It's as the title says. She has no memory of her player id, nor a screenshot, etc. I can't Seem to log in back to her Guest Account. She is sad over losing her gold bars, could anyone help out with this situation? Thank you.

Sometimes, players do lose their gold bars after creating an account! In this instance, King Player Support team is the only one that can assist with this issue as they have the resources.
Please open Mom’s game account - go to “Help Center” - find the suitable point/option and send your complaint. ** If you prefer step by step instructions, please reply back and let me know which device you are using!
