thanks for responding. I can not access any King games, including Candy Crush Saga I even tried downloading again straight into google. It answers SHARE. I have rebooted, on off connection I think now that I have to now face the fact thats its facebook with no challenges or get a new laptop.
Hello @thekjkkid160 this forum is for Candy Crush issues, so can you please provide a bit more information on the issue you are experiencing and how it is caused by your game.
Not being able login to the Play Store does not read like it is a Candy Crush issue.
If you actually mean you can't access the in-game Shop due to a connection error then I am sorry to say all you can do is contact King Player Support
