My iPad showed I've progressed to level 21906, but my phone is stuck at level 21880 for weeks. I went on my vacation with only my phone, but I wasn't able to play the game on my phone because the syncing issue. Please fix it asap!

Hello @SweetTooth64, I understand your frustration when your devices are not syncing your progress in Candy Crush Saga. Unfortunately, we can’t access individual player accounts from here in the Community but the Player Support team can help you out.
Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”
This way, they will have information about that device and your account, but you might need to provide information about your other device. Player Support will be able to check your account and make things right. 🙏
I thought this is the way you get the support!. Besides some articles, I didn't see what the other way to contact the support. Do you have an email that I can use? Thanks.
You need to try contact support or just try reloading or clear cache on your phone

Yes, every device is updated to the latest. I've restarted each device multiple times as well, nothing helped. It's been almost a month that I haven't played it since I've been traveling and didn't have the iPad with me. I do have the iPad now but very disappointed that they are still not syncing.

I am so sorry to hear that you had to replay the first level of each episode to sync the game on your second device!!
Did you try contacting the Player Support team and report the issue?

The "syncing" issue is supposed to be fixed! Did you make sure that the game is updated to the latest version on both your devices?
If so, I will find out what you will have to do resolve this issue! But in the meantime, please continue to use your iPad to play and progress in the game!

Looks weird. I had a similar issue with the levels that came on April 1st between Windows (Correct) and Android (Incorrect) but managed to fix nevertheless by replaying each episode's first level that's unsynced on the latter platform once and it worked.
