My Candy Crush game no longer asks me to connect to Facebook on my iPad. I have deleted the app, added it back, restarted my iPad, confirmed I have the updated version of game.

I don't get a log in screen. It takes me right into the game.
I finally figured out that I have to click the gear in the top right, then Account & Help, then My Account. And I can connect from there. It still doesn't show my Facebook picture though.

I am sorry to say that I could not understand the issue! Are you “not able” to connect to your account because the game is not giving you the option to connect to Facebook?
When you open the game App, what do you see on the “Home” page? Can you show us a screenshot of game Home Screen?
