Since this morning I can't start the game, it's stuck on this screen
I'm playing on Android device.
I was stuck on “Treat machine screen”. Send message to King saying it’s frozen. Next time I opened the game, it cleared, I received daily reward and cleared Bonus wheel (twice) and I went to “play screen”. Now game is frozen on “play screen”. 🤦♂️ Music plays, but unable to play

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using to play the game? If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?
Can you please post a screenshot of the "Play" button you are clicking on?

I've been stuck for over a month….press the "Play" button, but doesn't move off the screen. Just plays music! Anyone have any suggestions/answers???
Same! Can’t get past the daily treat machine. I’m on the newest iPhone with the most updated iOS and updated CC app. It’s been 24 hours.

Sometimes, the Treat Machine gets stuck in my game too! But, it works again once I close the App & restart my device (although the booster gift will be missed sometimes)!

Can you check the App version you have right now? Also, which Android version are you running on your device?
Yes, I did. I restarted the phone twice. I have also cleared the cache of the game. Do you need some more information in order to understand why I have this issue?

Thank you for mentioning that you are playing on an Android device! Did you try to close the game - remove the App from “recently opened” - shutdown the device and turn it back? If you haven’t yet, can you please try that and let us know?
