So I have gotten to the point that when I have to buy gold and I don't get anywhere in the game I just request a refund on Google play store and get my money back.

So you buy something, use it and can still get a refund! That doesn't sound right.

Do you have to provide a reason for the refund? Not winning a level doesn't seem like reason enough to obtain a refund.
