When you have shortage of gold πͺ bars stop spending π° when only 10 gold bars are left because when you needed these 10 gold bars become heaven π π to you β€οΈ
To make this a little clearer please read my original post:
My post explains why you should never spend your last 10 gold bars: If you stop playing for a week when you are stuck on a level (that is not near the end of the game) then the game will help you back on your feet.
This is why:
At certain level ranges, which change regularly, the game will start to block players. The more you've played, the harder the app makes your game: It thinks you're addicted and that you will spend money to keep playing. So to counter this the answer is to STOP PLAYING. Fool The AI that runs the programme into believing you are about to give up. Eventually the app will give you the help you need to pass the next level. The app controls which players will be blocked by a specific level and which players are allowed to pass the same level by the gifts it gives you in features like the Daily Treat Machine. For example if the level requires a UFO to pass the app will give you a timed UFO in the Daily Treat Machine. If the level you are stuck on requires a lollipop the game will give you this. If it needs three extra moves the game will give you 3 moves "from friends" .
If like @oo1414 you are continually running on a tight budget of 40-80 gold bars: As soon as you notice that you earn less gold than you spend: STOP PLAYING! If like oo1414 you want to keep your episode win streak then don't start the next episode for a few days. The app will sense that you are giving up and help you back on your feet.
Top tip if you are indeed an addict and can't stop yourself from playing:
Toggle between two accounts! Play each account until the levels get too hard to pass. Switch over to your other saved game at this point. If you have two devices this is easier to do. There is a risk of accidental merger if playing two accounts on the same device, so I always delete and reinstall the app in between switching accounts. This only works if you have run out of boosters because only your game progress and gold balance is saved on King's servers.
