Unable to log in to my CCS game for 3 days!

I understand there is some glitch going on with the latest Jurassic update. I have restarted my device, logged in and out, cleared cache, browsing history, checked storage space, internet connection, everything and anything! Yet still I can not access my game beyond the start screen as it freezes! I was lucky yesterday I actually got to the Daily Treat Machine before it froze! 🤣 Please @QueenB can you help fix this glitch 🙏

I am very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing the freezing issue in your game from past few days!!

You are not alone and this issue was reported couple of days ago as we had many players came in complaining about the same issue! Please check below thread to read others' complaints - freezing on Home screen, Treat Machine screen, on the map or even in middle of the game!!

As you saw the title of that thread, the issue is being investigated and hopefully, we will see the fix on Monday🤞If possible, please keep an eye on that thread for updates!
