Is there any way to reset the password on my mom's account if she does not have access to the email?

Question

Long story short, I got her a new ipad and we transferred everything over but she wants to log into her King account on her new ipad to transfer her progress over (she's on like level 6500 or something)

The problem is that she doesn't remember her King account password, and she cant get into her email address inbox either to get the reset password email (she also forgot the password to her email inbox and we just havent been able to reset it unfortunately)

Is there any way support can help us out here? She just really loves the game and would hate to lose all her progress and have to start over

Ok I sent the support an email, hopefully they can help.

The annoying part is that she can't access the email that her account is registered with, so if she hits forgot password the system sends an email to an inbox she cant access and thus cant reset her password.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ next to the password field when you log in.

You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and access your account again.

Forgot the password function or reset link doesn’t work?

In case the reset password link doesn’t work, if you have entered your email incorrectly on your account or because of any other reason are not able to reset your password.
