Lost THOUSANDS of levels of progress!

Can this problem be fixed?! I’ve been playing a long time. Haven’t been able to open CC, it freezes every time for the last week. As a last resort I “saved my progress”, deleted the app and redownloaded. I was in the mid 12,000’s, but after the redownload it started me in the 6000’s! I am very upset with this situation, is there anything that can be done?!

You should never delete the app @snowcrab as very few, if any, issues in the game can be fixed by reinstalling the app.

In situations like yours whereby you have lost progress all you can do is contact King Player Support to see if they can reinstate your game to the correct level.

The best way to contact King Support is by using the Help function of your game
