How do I add my PayPal debit card to my iPad wallet. I've done this but no funds are being taken out

For payments on an iPad, your purchases are handled through Apple, so the PayPal debit card needs to be added and accepted in your Apple ID payment settings or Apple Wallet first.

If the card is already added but no funds are being taken out, please check:

* Your Apple ID payment method settings
* That the PayPal debit card is active and has enough funds
* Whether Apple is showing the payment as “pending” or “declined”
* Your PayPal account activity, in case the payment is waiting for approval

You can also contact Apple Support directly, as they manage App Store payments and billing on iPad.

If this is about a Candy purchase that went through but you did not receive your items, please contact Player Support from the game:

Open Candy

Tap the gear icon ⚙️

Tap “Account and Help”

Select “? Help Center” and search for your purchase issue

Scroll down and tap “Contact Us”

Let them know what happened and include a screenshot if you have one
