Wrong email

Hello, I have a little problem with my mom’s phone. She plays Candy Crush Saga every day, and I saved her profile on this account because she got a new phone and I wanted to transfer her progress to it.

But when I entered the email, I accidentally misspelled it. The email connected to the profile is now “danilerangelov2007@gamil.com” instead of the correct one. I accidentally switched the letters “e” and “l” in Gmail.

I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but I only received automated AI messages and no real help. Please, could you change the email on the account? The main problem is that I also don’t remember the password.

Receiving automated message as the first reply is normal! We have to send a reply to that automated email and explain the issue in our game!

Please reply to that email (by clicking on the tab where it says "click here to reply") and provide as many details as you can about the issue.

Usually, it takes up to 72 hours for an (real human) agent to respond back! Please be patient and don't lose hope! If it's past 48 hours, send a reminder email and inform that you are still waiting for their assistance!
