This is ridiculous how on earth do they expect you to pass this level in one try. It's what I call your going to have to spend your hard earned money to get passed this one.Or wait until they decide to let you pass.
That was a good answer given to you by シリンダーノット @glen1974 but I know that won't overly help you. And you'll be lucky nowadays to get a lucky board to help you pass levels like that.
If you don't want to keep spending money, you should rethink your tactics. Keep an eye out on how you can get gold bars, also check under Contests and join in all the contests where you will get a chance to win some gold and/or boosters.
Sadly you will keep finding levels where you won't be able to pass without many boosters or playing many times to get a lot more moves and use gold.
I'm sure you've seen a lot of feedback we have sent, but that doesn't help. So just keep going and see what's the best thing for you to do.

It seems that many levels are intended to get you to spend gold bars and/or boosters.
Candy Crush Saga in 2026 is less of a match-3 game and more of a resource management game with match-3 challenges. King expects players to stockpile gold bars and boosters and to budget them wisely. Figure out how the game's systems interact with each other to maximize your resource gain, and use some of those resources to pass the really tricky levels (especially the "only theoretically possible" levels).
You'll have to roll with the punches and spend things as needed.
