It sounds like you are having trouble logging in to your account due to forgetting the password. If you used a Facebook account to login previously you will need to reset your password on Facebook's site as the forgotten password steps in the game will not work. If you had a Kingdom account, you can tap on "Forgot your password?" in your game and follow the steps to get back to your account.
