I KEEP SENDING QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CANDY CRUSH SAGA, NONE OF MY BOOSTERS ARE WORKING. I GET THE ANSWER WHAT VERSION I AM PLAYING , I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND THAT INFO..I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPDATE THE GAME. I PLAY ON MY COMPUTER ON FACEBOOK. I AM NOW ON LEVEL 6772 MY ID IS 2824877849. PLEASE OR TELL MY WHAT I NEED TO GET THE INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to download on windows, but I am not able to log into Facebook to retrieve my progress, or do I have to start at the beginning.

Since you’re playing Candy Crush Saga on Facebook using your computer, you don’t need to look for a game app version or update the game in the same way mobile players do. That advice is more for players using the app on a phone, tablet, or Windows app.

For Facebook on a computer, please try these steps:

* Try opening the game in a different browser

For example, if you use Chrome, try Edge or Firefox.
* Clear your browser cache

Then close the browser fully and open the game again.
* Restart your computer

This can sometimes help if the game or boosters are not loading correctly.

If the boosters still do not work after that, my honest recommendation would be to try playing through the Candy Crush Saga app from the Microsoft Store, since you’re on Windows 11.

You can download the app from the Microsoft Store, then connect the game to the same Facebook account you use now. Your level progress and Gold Bars should sync when connected correctly.
