Speechify app advertisement trouble

Question

Thus app doesn’t close and requires me to restart my device, iPhone. Anyone else having trouble? I have lost access to the super candy bomb in the middle of the game!

I am sorry to hear that an Ad is causing to lose boosters (and the win-streak) in your game!!

For any Ads that freeze or crash, the best way (and only way) to deal with it is to report those Ad(s) to King Player Support team directly from your game App.  You can follow below steps to do so⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the Account & Help button in the Settings window;
* Click on "Help Center" (just below to your game ID number);
* Now, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
* The second option you see will be about "Reporting an Ad";
* Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
