My game loads at level 1 and only after I beat it do I see my current progress. I’m in the 22,000s.

This issue started last week. Most times when I go to load the game, I am immediately loaded into Level 1 like it’s my first time playing. When I beat the level, I am then taken to my current level in the 22,000s. However, if I have been stuck on a level, all of the progress is lost. For instance, if I have lost a couple of times, I’m no longer offered the ability to purchase the correct number of extra moves at the end of the level.

Is this a known bug?

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
