how come I only received the gold season pass and not the power ups from my purchase. It has been over 24 hours

I would recommend you to report the issue directly from your game! Click on "Settings" (⚙️icon) —> Click on "Account & Help" —> Click on "Help Center" —> Scroll down to "Purchases & Payments" —> Choose the option that suits best with the issue. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
