My game keeps glitching

Question

Everytime i get the super colour bomb my game glitches on the level and won’t let me tap anything, so i have to close the app making me loose the bomb is there a way i can fix this

My apologies for the delayed reply. I can share that there's a known issue the team's currently working on regarding this. It's affecting multiple players as well. Please see our post about it below:

* Open your game
* Do not tap on Play
* Tap on My Profile/Account/Save Progress under the Play button
* Double-tap on the King icon in the top centre (above your profile picture)
* The King icon will turn into a User ID Number, please send it to me

This won't give back supercharger bomb and it in most cases not helping much.

But you should play with cashe less then 100M

I'm sorry to see your game freezes when you have a super colour bomb, resulting in you losing it.

To address the freezing, I recommend you complete the following steps:

* Close all apps and restart your device:* You may need to tap Restart > Restart.

* Check and update your operating system version and the game app
* Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. 
* Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free

If you still have issues, reply here letting me know if this is related to you getting gold bars for extra moves.
