Contact us taking me to the email respond and ask to search through the forum here for any help other then that they saying age restrictions which I don’t know where it picks up from.
it’s chart 28 and latest one from Apple Store
Thank you for replying back @imranash and confirming that you are in UK 🙏🏼 Unfortunately, restarting the device will not work as the glitch is not in your side, and not your device either! (Players experienced this on Android too)!
Did you try to click on that “Contact Us” button? If so, what happened? Also, can you check and let me know the game App version you have right now?
I am in UK, did check my age which is set to Facebook too couple restart the device but nothing has made this work

From what I have seen before, this looks like the glitch related with “age limit”, but I could be wrong🤔
Few clarifications please…. (1) In which country do you live? (2) Did you try to click on that “Contact Us” button and talk to the King Player Support team? (3) If so, what did they say?
