I am sorry to hear that you are experienced an issue with a purchase transaction in your game!
The best way to deal with this is to contact the Customer Support team directly from your game App! Please click on “Settings” (⚙️icon) —> click on “Account & Help” —> click on “Help Center” —> scroll down to “Purchases & Payments” —> click in the 1st option - “didn’t receive purchase…” and go from there.
