Boosters

I recently got a new phone and had candy crush synced to my facebook account so i was able to continue where i left off. I retained the gold i had built up but lost all the boosters that i had saved up. Is there away to get them back or do I just have to save them up again?

Congratulations on your new phone and successfully transferring your game progress and the Gold bars ✨🤩

With regard the boosters —> Just to assure you that it is a norm and you are not having a glitch!
The boosters were not transferred to your new phone because, in King games - both boosters and saved lives data is saved to the “device memory” - which is not transferable! whereas the game progress & gold bars are saved on to King Servers - cane be transferred across any & all devices!

If you have saved lots of boosters, the best thing to do is to continue playing the game on your old device and use up all the boosters, while collecting on your new device.

** If there were any “purchased” boosters, you can contact King Player Support team and request to reimburse! They do not transfer the free boosters🙃
