How do players contact Player Support now 🤔

So how do we contact Player Support now. I've tried 2 ways but neither work. Clicked on my pink wheel, General, Account & Help, but nothing happens. Then tried the Contact Us at the bottom of the Community page, but that is so confusing. So anyone know a really easy way please 🥴

It was mainly because I replied to a post and said it might be an idea to contact Player Support @christinewupp. Thought I'd best try it myself in case I was asked how, because I haven't used it in ages. I remembered having problems before, where it just doesn't open, and that happened again on two devices today. So I wondered if it had changed again, and posted the question. Then I tried and managed it on my phone, but it certainly doesn't look inviting or easy, guess that's done on purpose.

Oh well at least my phone opens it, so I do know it's still there. Just hope I never need to use it, but at least I can pass on how it's done if asked.

They tell us that player support can be contacted via the Chat Bot in the game. I have tried this and the bot did offer to put me in touch with Support and raised a ticket, but this did not result in me receiving any email from King, so I cannot verify if this methods actually works. Did you get as far as the chat bot @Carol-38 ?

If you go to "contact us" at the bottom of this web page you land in the Help Centre. This is a deliberate change, so we have been told, so that players go help themselves by searching the Help Centre before they contact support. If you do scroll to the bottom of the Help Centre page the "contact us" there does bring up the Support page:

I'm not sure if contacting Support for anything other than to retrieve a lost account is much use.

Thanks @PummyRaj but I'd tried it on two Android Tablets and it wouldn't even open. Tried on my Android Phone after I'd posted this and it opened on that. How strange that my Tablets can't get into it 🙄

This is the way I contact Player Support from my game App (iPad):

After clicking on the "Settings" (the⚙️icon), click on "Accounts & Help";
In the next page - click on "Help Center";
You should be able to see a list which is called - "Popular Topics";
Pick a topic — I selected "Events & Challenges";
Choose the event you would want report about (I chose "Weekly Contest);
Scroll all the way down and click on "Chat with us" (yep! That is the "contact" us button);
The Chat Bot will ask you some questions (from my latest experience, they are quiet a few");
At the end, the bot will say "the issue has been reported" (or something like that… it has been few weeks since I have reported an issue in another King Saga game);
You will receive the automated email (as usual, the rest is same)!

I have never tried to report anything from the "contact us" button in this Community though🤔

From my above list, until where/which page were you taken to?
