It has happened to me a lot and lately even more. I click to watch an ad to get a reward and it goes to black and it doesn't allow me to go back or forward and it forcesd me to close the app, losing my progress. Please help.

I answer your questions:
Does this happen with one specific ad, or with different ads? I don't know because It freezes before I see It.
When did it start happening? Three or four months ago.
How often does it happen? Several times everytime I play.
Is your game updated to the latest version? Yes

Sorry to hear the app freezes when you try to watch an ad.
Could you please check a few things for us?
Also, please try restarting your device. This can help clear temporary cache and may stop the ad from freezing the game.
If it keeps happening, please come back and let us know if you notice the same ad causing it each time. A screenshot of the ad, if you can get one before it freezes, would also help.
