Candy Corner: Should we keep the name or suggest a new one?

Hi everyone,

As you might have noticed, we recently changed the old name Off-Topic to Candy Corner.

The old name did not really feel right anymore, because this space is not meant to be a place where posts are moved just because they do not belong somewhere else.

The idea is for this area to be a friendly Community space where players can meet, chat, and share lighter conversations.

For example, this could be a place to:

Say hello and meet other players
Share where you are playing from
Celebrate birthdays
Share Candy Crush Saga milestones or accomplishments
Tell a funny story
Start a friendly chat with other players
Talk about things that are not directly about game help or feedback

Candy Corner is the name we are using for now, but we thought it would be fun to ask you for ideas too.

What would you call this area?

The name needs to be short, because it has to look good on mobile too. Ideally, it should be one or two short words.

Here are a few ideas to get started:

Candy Café
Candy Chat
Sweet Spot
Candy Lounge
Sugar Stop
Player Place

Didn't get PummyRaj's tag @QueenB but got yours yesterday. Didn't see it until late last night as had a silly o'clock morning flight and lots of travelling. Settling in now so will give what you asked some thought.

But to start with, I actually don't mind Candy Corner but did think of something completely different to that and all of the others you've suggested.

I also favour Candy Café. It's got a social feel to it. I don't like anything that starts with "sweet" or "sugar", those could be potentially off-putting and confusing for some people. "Candy" is what we play, so the names starting with that word make sense. Candy Lounge is quite good as well.

I like Candy Café - it has a nice cosy chatty feel to it. Candy Chat could be misleading and give new players the impression that it’s an actual chatroom.
