Stored Lives Disappeared

Question

I had over 200 stored lives one minutes and the next I only had 3. Where did they go and how can I get them back? I’ve already restarted my phone and the app is up to date. 17055 levels played and now I’ve got basically no stored lives. This is not okay.

Hi @Talulah02173, sorry to hear about this and I understand how frustrating it is to lose stored lives, especially after building up so many.

Stored lives can sometimes be affected by game/account sync or by changes after reconnecting to the game. Please make sure you’re logged into the correct account and that your progress is fully synced. Unfortunately, stored lives can’t be restored once they’re gone. I know that’s not the answer you were hoping for.
