Candy Crush still Freezes

I have collected my weekly contest rewards and can't enjoy it because of the recent freeze issues with Candy Crush. Very annoying.

I have restarted my phone, have more then enough free space and cleared my cache. Game is updated to latest version.

I'm playing via GBox using my Huawei P Smart. I have been playing using GBox for over 1 year already and never had this issue. I also missed out on clearing levels to gain coins. Utterly disappointed.

I've attached a photo with all the rewards I'm missing out on, especially the expensive and elusive Part Booster
