During the 2025-2026 NBA season, Candy Crush Saga entered into a partnership with one of the Association's thirty teams, the Los Angeles Clippers. This resulted in flashy home games at the Intuit Dome where a few Candy Crush characters show up around the court to sweeten things up!
But now that the Clippers have missed the playoffs, things have cooled off a bit. Denize and her husband, however, have just decided that the NBA Finals needs a bit of sweetness amidst the fierce competition that's now unfolding on basketball's top stage. So here they are now getting involved, @QueenB!
Mr. Dragon, her husband, will stand as one of the officials and referees making sure every moment of the Finals is played fair and square. As he cannot blow a whistle, he can instead carry a small remote with a button he can press to sound a digital whistle. His towering height makes jump balls somewhat easier to do to start and resume play; all he needs to do is to lightly flip the ball a few inches up and watch it drop down on the court, where it's up for grabs.
Denize, meanwhile, is happy to take up cheerleading duties for either of this season's two finalists, the New York Knicks of the Eastern Conference, or the San Antonio Spurs of the Western Conference. You decide!
Oh, and here's Mr. Dragon also being a referee for the NHL's contemporary 2026 Stanley Cup Finals between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Vegas Golden Knights. Better play nice when he's on the ice, or he'll drag you into the penalty box with his prehensile tail!
