Super color bomb bug

Question

Hello,

I’m experiencing a recurring issue in Candy Crush.

Whenever I use the Super Color Bomb (the booster that clears multiple colors at the same time), the game freezes and becomes completely unresponsive during the animation. I have to force close the app and restart it.

Unfortunately, when I reopen the game, the booster has been burned and lost, even though the level could not continue because of the crash.

This has happened several times and is very frustrating. Could you please investigate this issue?

Hello @Galactica76 what device are you using to play Candy Crush on

Back in April there was an issue that resulted in many of the game's pop-ups/animations causing the game to freeze. This issue was supposedly fixed by King and all players have to do is make sure that their game app is the latest version.

Have you checked your app store to see if there is an update available?
