I have been playing on my iPad for many years. One day my iPad crashed I had to play on my Phone. For some reasons, all my boosters are gone and reset to 0!!! Can someone help..?

Boosters are device specific: They are stored and tied to the device on which you earned them. Only our game progress and gold balance is stored at King's servers.
Those of us who play on two devices, such as an iPhone and on an iPad, see a completely different booster inventory on both devices. So if your iPad crashed, have you been able to fix it I hope? If you manage to get it working again all your boosters should still be there when you open the game on the iPad. When we download the game on a new device our inventories will always start off empty. The same happens if players uninstall and then reinstall the app, so that is not recommended.
