I need help with using my gold bars, it's been a while now, it loads forever and then it just stop or say something went wrong in the connectivity while, my network if properly working

A few things to try, if you haven’t already:
• Close the game completely and reopen it • Restart your device • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if possible • Make sure your game app is fully up to date

You can reach them by opening the game app and go to: Settings (⚙️) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
