Ad Feature/Wifi Data connection

Hello everybody,

I don't understand why my Pixel 7 isn't connecting to Candy Crush on my phone. I think it's a connection issue because my phone is connected to Wi-Fi. It's a bit strange why I'm not getting free ads of boosters, as I used them just before traveling for two weeks. Please resolve the situation because I sent a ticket to support staff, but I haven't received a staff provider.

The ads have disappeared for me too. I don't think it's you're connection, more likely it's KING trying to force us to spend money in order to progress. I'm currently stuck on a legendary level, where without the ads and moreso, special boosters, I have no chance. I look daily to see if the ads are back but alas, seems they're gone and so has my patience for the game.

It is a good idea that you contacted Player Support regarding your issue. The automatic response you receive is the initial reply that everybody receives after sending a complaint. The general instructions always suggest you come to this Community. It will take about 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you! If they are busy, it could take even longer!

If you did not hear back after 48 hours from your initial complaint, please send a reminder email (by replying to that automated email) and inform the Support team that you are still waiting for their assistance. A response from a real agent will include a ticket number in the title line.

In the meantime, I suggest you try our standard troubleshooting steps to keep your game running smoothly:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
