It really sucks that all the Candy Crush players are having problems with boosters and NOBODY helps. I have had the problem since February..PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've seen a few reports of Booster Wheel timers showing unusually long countdowns, so I'd like to gather a bit more information and pass this on for review.
Could you please share your 👉 Game ID?

I know there have been problems with the Booster Wheel, but I thought that had been sorted. I can't say for definite @poohbearq but one possibility could be because you are still playing through Facebook. You could open a King account and transfer your game to that. I did that many years ago but I can't remember how I did it. We'll ask one of the Moderators and see if she can help. It might take a day or more to get an answer, but let's try, and see if we can sort your problem out.
Hi @PummyRaj as you will see poohbearq is having a few problems, one with my their Daily Treat Machine and other things. I think you will know a lot more than me about these problems. I've also seen that many have had problems by still playing through Facebook. Would you be able to get more information from poohbearq and advise if it would be better if they opened a King account and merge their Facebook game into that. And if that is the best way forward, how they would do it.

This is my problem with Candy Crush Soda. The train doesn't show up any more, and more. I am on Facebook playing on a PC/ This has been going on since February .

As we are all players like yourself in the Community there isn't anything any of us can do to 'Take care of the people'. But if you explain a bit more of what the problem is, someone may be able to say if they've had the same problem, and what they did to put it right 👍
