Why did I delete the game and re-download it? My rewards are all gone. Obviously, it is tied to Facebook.

The boosters are tied to your device's data, so deleting the game would remove them :(

I am sorry to hear that you lost all the boosters of your game!
It does not matter whether we have saved the game to Facebook or to a King account, when we delete the game, the boosters as well as the lives we have stored will be lost! Because that is how the King Saga games are designed!
Only Gold bars and game progress are saved to the King Servers, whereas the boosters and lives are stored on device local memory! When the game is deleted, all the data pertaining to that game App is also deleted from the memory! If you have any "purchased boosters", you can send a complaint to the King Player Support team and request for reimbursement!
