I just passed 8630 and advanced to 8631 but did not receive any gold bars when the round was complete. At the same time, my photo avatar morphed into a cartoon avatar that corrected itself when I did a reboot. HELP!!

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive a reward in your game! Is it the Episode Race or the Candy Royale that you did not receive the Gold bars from?

The best way to deal with this issue is by sending a complaint to the King Player Support team! If you play the game on App version, you can report the issue directly from your game App. Please let me know if you need assistance with sending your complaint!

I am assuming that you are using a mobile device to play the game! These are the steps👇to follow to send your complaint::

Click on the Settings (⚙️icon);
Then click on “Accounts & Help” at the bottom of the screen;
Click on “Help Center”;
In next screen - scroll down to “Events & Challenges” and click on it;
Select “Episode Race” and click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on “Chat with us” button;
You will have a conversation with “Kingsley” - that Chatbot;
After you are done chatting, you should receive an automated email from King. Send a reply to that email with as many details as you can provide along with a screenshot (if possible). And, wait for their reply…

Hope they respond quickly and send your reward🍫🍫
