I had 450 gold coins few days ago. They have been changed to 0.00 I have done restart, logout, force restart. Help centre does not help to lodge this complain to candy help. What to do?

This happened to me before, and the support team responded and helped me a lot. Thank you to them.
I also had coins and the screen froze and now they are all gone. This has happened to me a couple of times
