Game keeps on freezing

Question

For the last week my game freezes everytime I win the super charger. Once I have restarted the game the super charger is gone. This way I keep losing timed bonuses and it becomes impossible to win the episode races. As you can see on the picture, the game had already been frozen for 5 minutes. I restarted and lost it. Please fix this as it is no longer fun playing this way. Thank you.

I have just had exactly the same. I had to reload the game as I couldn’t get out of that screen and then it told me I lost the duper charger. I never even got to find out what it’s used for.

Hello @Marijke-3 unfortunately the issue of the Super Charger causing people's games to freeze is an ongoing issue that King are currently investigating. Please don't expect a quick fix though as game freezing issues have been occurring since at least January of this year.

The game keeps freezing mid-level for me too. It’s annoying.
