Lost all my boosters after reinstalling app

candy crush kept on closing so I deleted the app and reinstalled causing all my boosters I’ve been saving and bought using gold bars, all reset to 0. I’m talking about over 2000 boosters. This is ridiculous and I don’t believe it’s a flush rather KING corp intentionally doesn’t either tell players in advance or they know it’s been a HUGE problem from years ago as there’s many complaints on this very forum and refuse to do anything about it. This happened to me after successfully passing level 18,000 today. I WANT MY BOOSTERS BACK! Your games and platform won’t last long if you keep screwing the players over the same players who have made KING (Candy Crush) successful.

While you might not have been aware of this, boosters are stored locally on your device and are lost whenever the game is uninstalled. This is in contrast to your game progress and gold bars which are stored on King servers.

We are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community; however, the King Player Support team might be able to help. Please reach out to them through your game:

• Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way the Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you 💚
