what do I need to do to get the.keys.to drop, please? Sometimes it takes 3 plays to get one to drop...thank you๐๐ผ

As PummyRaj mentioned, how keys drop depends on a level; each level is programmed differently. On some levels, keys drop every move; on others, it takes as long as five moves for the key to drop. On some levels, the key won't drop until you collect the previous one. Some levels don't have this requirement, and on some levels, more keys may drop than you need.

I agree with you about the keys! Sometimes, the keys appear as soon as we collect one! But sometimes, it won't drop until we make 2 or 3 moves! In those instances, all we can do is make sure to clear the candies where keys fall!
I think that's how the designers created those levels! Any thoughts or hints to help our player @christinewupp and @MannyFae? ๐
