Connectivity issue

I loaded apple gift card today as I have done many times before.

Went to purchase gold bars and get message that there is a connectivity issue and they can not verify transaction Have done purchases many times before. I have cleared cache, rebooted and restarted iphone, toggled wifi and none of the suggestions work

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue when purchasing gold bars with a gift card. Multiple players have reported connectivity issues recently, regarding different issues. Logging out and logging in has been helpful for some, so I am disappointed it has not worked for you. You have tried all of our standard troubleshooting steps. We will continue to report these issues to the Studio.

Question: Did you verify that the gold bars were not added directly to your inventory?  If they are not there, make sure that:

• You were connected to your account when you redeemed the gift card.
• You chose the game (Candy Crush Saga) that you wanted the rewards added to.
