I don’t have the option to use gold to continue, it just says retry. I’ve tried closing the gam and turning off my iPad already.

If the game is not properly “connected” to the internet, you will receive that message when you try to purchase the extra moves!

Are you playing Candy Crush or some other King Saga game?
If it is Candy Crush, I have seen this in my game also a few times! It usually happens when I have a lot more goals left in the level, that cannot be achieved with 5 extra moves!
When you see this next time, can you please take a screenshot and post it here for me? So that, I can make sure that is what’s happening in your game as well?
