I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game with the Pins feature!
I have collected all my pins and collected the rewards sometime last month! Hence, I do not have the event anymore in my game!
Which device are you using to play the game? Did you try logging out of the game and log back in? Do you have the latest version of the App?
If you can provide a screenshot of the Pins event from your game, I will be able to ask our Game Experts team and find out what the issue could be!
