Could you please let us know if this started today, or if it has been happening for a while?
Also, are you playing connected to Facebook or to a King account? If you’re connected through Facebook, it can help to check that your friends are still active in the game. If you’re connected to a King account, you may receive lives from players across the game, which can sometimes give you more chances to get lives.
Please also make sure your game is updated and that you’re connected to a strong account, either Facebook or a King account, so your game can save and sync properly.
