I am totally fed up over the last few days when trying to purchase add ons such as extra coins etc king games takes payment yet fails to give items. I dispute the purchase and yes it is refunded but its getting more frequent and more frustrating. This morning i purchased 10 gold bars to move on, a pop up appeared to say its taking longer than expected and to check progress of transaction, i check and money taken but no gold bars so back to disputing the purchase again, with today's technology this should not be happening and certainly not on a daily basis. A while ago the same thing was happening and i noticed that it didnt happen if you saved your card details but i dont want to save my card as its too easy to run up debt or is this what king games wants, i am now debating getting in contact with an authority for them to sort this out, in fact what is king games doing to stop people running up debt as it is gambling
