i played all 21 levels to get gold in candy royale challenge and then they froze my game in last level. Now when i restarted the game they bounced me off the challenge. What is wrong with this game

Hi @ramshariazz and I’m sorry this happened. I can understand why that would be really frustrating, especially if you had already played through so many levels in Candy Royale.
I had a look at the screenshots, but from what I can see, I can’t confirm from here that the level was completed before you were bounced out. The screenshot shows the level still in progress, and the other one shows the Candy Royale “better luck next time” message.
Sadly, this isn’t something we can check directly from the Community. If this keeps happening, I’d recommend contacting Player Support directly from the game so they can take a closer look at your account and see if anything went wrong.
In the meantime, please also make sure you have the latest version of the game installed. It can also help to close other apps running in the background before playing, especially during events like Candy Royale, just to give the game the best chance to run smoothly.
I know that’s not ideal after a frustrating run, but I didn’t want to leave you without an answer.
