Paid £19.99 under transaction no. 27265625963121108. Transaction showed as unsuccessful but it is still showing as a prospective payment from my bank account. Boosters for the game have not been received some 8 hours later. I want to purchase but do not want to be charged for this failed transaction. Please advise.
