We can only support posts in English here, but from what I understand, you’re saying the game stopped or closed during play.
Could you please let us know a bit more about what happened?
Which device are you playing on? Did the game close completely, freeze, or disconnect? Did this happen once, or has it happened several times?
Please also make sure your game is updated and try restarting your device before opening the game again.
