I'm playing on a Windows 11 laptop. Been playing this and other games for a long time. In the last couple of weeks, all games are freezing and/or crashing frequently. Is this a known issue?

I've tried all the "tips" and nothing is working. The only game that seems to be operating normally (at least most of the time) is Pet Rescue Saga. Although that is a bit laggy at times recently.
