Can someone please tell me how to move my messages to the top of a page? I sent 2 messages to @QueenB , but they're not showing on the thread about the wheel of fortune. Any help is appreciated!

@QueenB Thank you for replying back to my questions. I will remember to keep my questions in the correct topic. As far as your suggestion regarding the loss of Sweet Cinema, Refill lives, and Gold bars, I have already addressed the question to the Customer Care team, and although they were able to get me a certain amount of bars back, they suggest that I post about the other things on here. So, the only thing I can do us to hope that I get back the things I need, so I can move along in the game at a much quicker speed.

I understand why you started this thread. You’re trying to make sure your messages are seen, and I know this has been really frustrating for you.
You don’t need to move your messages to the top of a thread. In busy discussions, comments can move quickly, and depending on how the thread is sorted, your comments may appear further down or on another page.
I also wanted to gently mention that the Wheel of Fortune thread is mainly for feedback about that specific feature. Your question about Sweet Cinema, refill lives, ads for extra moves, and other missing features is a separate issue, so it’s better if we keep that conversation in one place. That way, it’s easier for us to follow what has happened and make sure you get the clearest answer.
As I mentioned before, features like Sweet Cinema, refill lives, ads for extra moves, and other ad-based rewards are not permanent. They can come and go, and they are not available to all players at all times. I know that’s disappointing, especially after your progress issue, but we can’t manually add those features back to your game from the Community.
If you’d like, you can contact Player Support again and explain what happened after your progress was restored, including the Gold Bars and features you feel are missing. They can review account-related concerns, but these kinds of features still may not be something they can restore manually.
For now, let’s keep this specific conversation here so everything stays together. I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for this one, but I don’t want to give you false hope or send you around in circles.
@christinewupp Thank you! I have to keep in mind that there's thousands of players on CC, so lots of different times of the day that players/administration are seeing messages.
It's there as far as I can see. I think admin updated the thread, but I can now see two of your messages. The community admin team do tend to give block answers like the one you see in the Wheel of Fortune thread now, so I think that is all the response you can expect from them.
