I went to play the game at the same time I start every day(12:00 A.M) and DID NOT get 15 minutes time or 5 minutes of UFO's! So, I literally got that "little bit of help" for a whopping 2 days!!! The game has NOT WORKED RIGHT ever since it was updated 2 days ago, AND I have lost the Refill lives and Sweet Cinema! I can share a screenshot if the Moderators would like to see why I'm so ticked off!!! I also lost all my bars when the game had the glitch, and some players were knocked down to level 1. If I don't see any changes to my game within the next day or two, then I will have no choice but to quit! I'm tired of hearing the same reasons of why I'm not receiving EVERYTHING I HAD, yet there's nothing else I can do on my end!! FIX IT!!!!

If you really understand then it is self explanatory why you no longer have your advert features.

There is no reason that you no longer have your advert features it is just the way the game works. That is, this is the exact meaning of some players' see certain things in their game whilst others don't. Simply put you having advert features does not mean that you will keep those features for ever. Yes it is a bad look for King that yours disappeared when they fixed your game, but that just an example of what it means when they say advert features aren't guaranteed to always be available in your game.

My adverts features all disappeared at one time and it took seven months before they reappeared. That doesn't mean you will have to wait seven months because everyone's game is different. You might never get your adverts back, or you might get them back sooner and it is up to you if you decide to play whilst you wait, or just stop playing entirely.

There is nothing that you can do to force adverts to appear in your game and King will not add them to your game no matter how many times you ask.

Whilst you might be tired of hearing the same reasons they are the only reasons you will be given no matter how many times you post the same thing. As @QueenB and others have said the reasons you haven't got everything you used to have before King reset your game is simply the only explanation. Features of a game come and go and having a particular feature or features does not mean that you will always have those features.

That is right there is nothing you or King can do to fix your missing advert features, but that doesn't mean they won't reappear at sometime.
